How We Are "Hard-Wired" for Personal Greatness
by Michele Miller
The Natural Advantages of Women explains why women do what they do, exploring female traits like emotion, passion, intuition, and nurturing.
Based on the scientific findings of recent brain studies worldwide, this book explains physical manifestations
in the female brain that help to explain these traits.
It offers proof that women are not only "hard-wired"
differently from men, but that they have the ability to
use this "wiring" to great advantage in their personal
and professional lives.
Whether you’re a man or a woman, at the beginning or in the middle of your career, this book will touch your life in a profound way. Listen in as author Michele Miller gives us a fascinating peek behind the curtain of the female mind.

The Natural Advantages of Women is a thoughtful and remarkable look at how women's brains are wired. Michele Miller delves into the synapses and electrical connections of the female brain and she backs up her writing with qualified research. Women and men, alike, should consider this required reading -not to learn how women are better than men, but to learn how we're different from men. When women write about the female side of being human, some people mistakenly think we are criticizing men, especially when one of us writes about women's intuition and the fact that men don't get it. But Miller takes the perspective that being female is not being male, and how women act comes from the make-up of their brain-chemistry. She shows how women's brains are wired differently, from birth, and how men often misread a woman's facial expression not because the man is insensitive, but because he's...well, a man, not a woman. Women are tuned in to that kind of thing men aren't. The Natural Advantages of Women clearly demonstrates the male/female dichotomy and how understanding it might improve male/female relationships, if we would only take the time to be thoughtful about how our behavior is dictated somewhat by the way our brains work. I learned a lot from this audio-tape. I recommended it to everyone, men and women. And, I look forward to more of Miller's writings and audiotapes.
